Shipping policy

All orders are custom printed to order and usually ship in 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which guarantees packages to arrive within 2-3 business days once they are shipped or USPS Ground Advantage which guarantees packages to arrive within 2-5 business days once they are shipped.  Tracking will be provided via email after your package has shipped.  We highly recommend keeping your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.  We do not ship outside the US.  Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.  Jayhawk Cafe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We recommend making sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
